Versace designers have a way of taking a dress with a classic shape and making it sexy. In the case of this dress, the V-neck sits extra widely on the shoulders, and the surplice bodice is angled and pleated on one side. There is a side zipper for closure. The dress is specifically from Versace's Versace Jeans Couture label. I believe it dates to right around the early '00s, and is therefore a considered a vintage garment (twenty years or older). There is no fabric label, but it looks and feels like viscose or cupro blended with elastane for stretch and resilience. The dress is labeled French size 40, which in modern sizing is equivalent to a US size 8. According to the measurements, it should also work for a size 6, so we are recommending it for Medium sizes (6-8).
