All items are sent 1st Class and depending on the value of the item, may be signed for/tracked as well. If buying more than one item, combined shipping will be available, but please contact us before paying for the items.   International Buyers   We offer international shipping to all countries on all items, but we do not accept returns from international buyers. Please buy at your own risk because once we dispatch the item, we have no control as to what happens to the item. If you live outside the EU, customs charges may occur.  We are not responsible for any item lost, damaged, stolen or misplaced once it has left our hands.   Returns   We accept returns for items that have been shipped within the UK but the buyer pays return postage. The only exception to this is if the item has been wrongly described. If this is the case, a pre-paid return label will be issued. All returns must be received within 30 days of them first being shipped out. If the returned item isn’t received within 30 days after it was first shipped out, the return will be cancelled.   Feedback   Your feedback is very important to us and we’d love to hear about your experience when buying from us.
