You’re looking at a pretty midi dress from Maison Martin Margiela. Gray sleeveless shift dress with drawstring tie v-neck in a 100% cotton poplin. Pullover; relaxed fit. Unlined. Long, midi length. Lagenlook style. Made in Italy. Retail: $815. Size 40 (US 4) Bust: 17” across underarms Waist: 16.5" across Length: 40.25” Good preloved condition. There is a small tear under the right arm (and some light deodorant marks that should be removable). Please see pictures for details.
