I put new with tags because there is a tag attached to it.  The tag looks original.  Please look at the tag.  While the tag inside the gown says Circa 2000, the tag outside the gown says Victoria's Secret.  I could not find any information on this tag so I have no clue as to it's origin.  Not sure who created this gown.
