TOD'S Black Patent Leather Almond Toe Low Heel Ankle Chelsea Boots 39.5   This is a pair of Chelsea style ankle boots by Tod's. They have an almond-toe design and a low block heel. The boots feature back pull tabs and embossed "T" logos on the sides of the ankles. The boots are a pull-on style with stretch elastic side panels. This pair of boots is composed of black patent leather and is lined in black leather. The heels are composed of black rubber and the bottom soles are composed of black rubber.
