For every year that Yves Saint Laurent designed his Rive Gauche collections, there is something for everyone. A stunning fait accompli, Saint Laurent's entire body of work manages to encompass every style but somehow manages to all look like Yves' work. Also note that even in a simple sweater, there is a luxury that he demanded in order to carry his name. As flattering as a wrap dress, this is a little more tailored and less body revealing so you can take it from office to dinner at Dirt Candy with only a minimum of accessory boosts. Trade out the Sigerson Morrison slingbacks for Vivienne Westwood fetish pumps and swap the 1.5" grey flannel belt for a skinny navy patent leather one. Navy blue wool flannel with grey chalkstripes is double breasted and buttons to the neck, like a military officer's coat, or can be left open to create a natural lapel. Shirtsleeve barrel cuffs with single buttons and slanted pockets at each hip. Lined in navy blue silk, the bust measures 36", shoulder to shoulder 16", outer sleeve 23", waist 26" and length 42".
