This blouse is made of the most luxurious silk. It features a lavaliere collar that may be tied or left open. The sleeves balloon out by the wrist. Excellent condition for the age of the garment. Some buttons are chipped (photographed). There was a tear in the fabric on the front that was expertly repaired by a master tailor; sue to the bush print, the repair is largely imperceivable. Shoulder to shoulder ~16-20 inches due to the puffy nature of the sleeves. Armpit to armpit ~20.5-21 inches. No returns.
