There is pilling under the arms, some bobbling along the hem, and a repaired snag on the cuff. The zippers and drawcords are undamaged, and the jacket is fully functional. As this is a military-issue piece, the corporate logo is discreet and in the same color as the body of the jacket. It features "CORELOFT," ARC'TERYX's proprietary next-generation synthetic insulation, providing down-like warmth and quick-drying performance not found in down. The jacket is constructed with "Gossamera," a mechanically stretchable nylon fabric that offers water resistance and wind protection, easily repelling light rain and snow. Articulated patterning in the shoulders and elbows allows for a full range of motion, further enhanced by the stretch nylon. Both sleeves have Velcro patches for attaching rank insignia.
