There is a 1.5" waist band and a 7" hidden back zipper closure.   The 2 Fabrics, the skirt and the lace are a combination of 35% Viscose, 34% Polyamide and 31% Cotton and the second fabric is 57% Acetate and 43% Viscose.  Fully lined black fabric:  100% silk It is a US 2.  Please use the measurements taken while item is laid flat:  12.5" (31.5 cm) at the waist area, 18" (46 cm) at the hip area,  18.5" (47 cm) from top to bottom.
