A deep navy blue that looks black in certain lighting, made from a gorgeous silk and cotton blend, this dress is light and airy. Textured floral overlay that does have sheer eyelets, a solid navy lining underneath that is semi-sheer overall. Midi length, this piece flows into a gentle A-line silhouette and has several flattering pleats on the front and back to give this a slightly swingy skirt.
