Those suits are not to be confused with other Chester Barrie suits such as Chester Barrie black label or Chester by Chester Barrie those are sold in department stores and were  not made in this factory and they are not made to the  same exacting standards as the original Chester Barrie suits which were made in this factory and  sold in the Savile Row store . When Ralph Lauren originally launched his  purple label range of  suits they were made in this factory for the first few years .He then moved his production to a company in Italy called Saint Andrews and then finally moving his production to Raffaelle Caruso . The factory also made  ready to wear suits  for many of Savile rows tailors including Huntsman and Richard Anderson .As well as that they made the made to measure suits for esteemed shirt maker Turnbull & Asser .  Lastly they made under the last owners name Tony Lutwyche '' Lutwyche bespoke. '' Sadly the company has gone bankrupt and I have acquired  the majority of the remaining   suits  . That is how I am able to offer these suits at such a great price . Lutwyche  had two ranges of suits the first range was priced between £3600 to £4500 depending on how expensive  the cloth was . These suits were similar in quality to Attolini , Brioni and Kiton .The suits featured  very expensive cloth and  had hand  finished button holes .I have some other listings here on Ebay from this range of suits . Those are listed at £375 The second range of suits that Lutwyche made retailed  between £1250 to £2250 . These suits were similar in quality to Zegna , Canali , Corneliani and Pal Zileri . These suits were made with a floating canvass chest piece and lapels . There is no fusing at all . The only difference between these suits and the more expensive range was the more expensive range was made with crazy expensive cloth and had hand sewn button holes . On this range of suits the button holes are finished by a sewing machine the same as Zegna, Canali , Corneliani and Pal Zileri  suits .
