This is a high waisted skirt/dress hybrid designed to come up to/just under the chest, there is some corset style structuring in the upper part of the skirt. It has two pockets but they are still stitched up and I haven’t opened them to test if they are functioning. There is a variant on this that is more of a skirt (and often gets mislabelled as this one), but this is the only one that appears as is on the runway. Please note the disclaimer on the original tags: yarn irregularities and neps are to be considered a peculiarity of this fabric. Vintage but unworn with original tags still attached.
