Size -Jacket: The jacket doesn't have a tagged size but it has a chest measurement of 47 inches, if this was a modern suit it would be a size 45 (chest measurement - 2 Inches = USA size) but it's a vintage 1980s suit when they were more boxy with big shoulders and 80s suit generally fit 3 inches bigger arround than the USA suit size, that is how I got the 44 Regular size estimate.
