The carrier we use to ship the goods depends on the country of the delivery (for example, there might be different shipping options available for shipping to Italy compared to the ones to Canada, therefore we will use the shipping option within approximately the same budget and the shipping option we believe to be the most reliable). Upon placing an order, the item will be shipped within 2 working days and the tracking number will be updated to the shipping details within the next few days. • DELIVERY • Delivery to United States is usually quick and safe since there are many cargo flights from Hong Kong to California every other day, while delivery to Europe usually takes 2 to 3.5 weeks. Please understand that international shipping can be tricky and that there are sometimes delays due to items either being stuck in transit or misplaced at the sorting center of origin or destination country. Since packages we ship are very small and light, they can sometimes be misplaced since they come to destination country via plane in a bag with many other items. We know these types of situations can be frustrating, although in cases like these we offer a full refund or a replacement item sent to you free of charge. Please refer to the Estimated Time Arrival for an acceptable delivery timeframe. Most orders will arrive within 2.5 weeks and way before the estimated delivery dates shown above, but due to rare delays the estimated dates have been pushed back just in case any unexpected delays occur in the shipping process.
