80s / 90s PONY SIGNATURE SERIES Vintage Nylon Swingster Bomber Baseball Coaches Jacket. Condition is "Pre-owned". Appears to be for NFL Washington Redskins' JIM LACHEY, #79. Condition: This vintage XL mens PONY Signature Series #79 red, yellow/gold & white nylon coat is in fantastic condition. Other than the slightest bit of soil showing at the sleeve cuff edges (possibly from handling and not wear as this otherwise appears unworn), this looks almost brand new. Nylon coated shell and quilted interior with polyester insulation. Striped rib-knit collar band, cuffs and waist. Zippered front and zippered pockets. Size XL (measurements were 21" from armpit to cuff bottom, 30" from shoulder to bottom hem, 28" from armpit to armpit. I wear an XL or XXL t-shirt; this coat fits me well with a little extra room in all dimensions including the sleeve length. Info: I couldn't find any information on this jacket anywhere online, not a single hit - but my guess is it may be a signature jacket for the Washington Redskins football team given the color and vintage, as player # 79 circa the late 80s / earliest 90s was JIM LACHEY: "Lachey began as the Redskins’ right tackle, since veteran star Joe Jacoby occupied the left side. That changed as Lachey continued to improve rapidly. He was All-Pro in 1989, 1990, and 1991, with the Redskins winning at least 10 games in all three seasons.
