Vintage 1980s YVES ST. LAURENT Size 6/8 Medium Stretch Wool-Blend Knit Sheath/Shift  style Dress made in Italy. Dress is pullover style and made of a stretchy wool/acrylic  blend fabric and is gray and black in a very 1980's geometric mix of checkerboard, stripes and zig-zag patterns with relatively broad shoulders and small shoulder padding on the interior. The dress is cinched at the back on the mannequin in the photos to show how it might look on a person of the proper size. To be sure, the dress has straight sides, like a long pullover shirt as shown on the last photo. It is in excellent and clean pre-owned/vintage condition. I see no rips, tears, holes or stains. Made in Italy it is marked size 38 as shown on tag which would equate to a US size 2. However as the dress is vintage and sizes have changed over time, please also refer to the following measurements and keep in mind the knit fabric is quite stretchy. Our estimation is the dress is a current day size 6 to 8 or "medium".
