USPS Ground Advantage is generally cheaper than USPS Priority Mail but it takes a little longer to arrive. If you need the item quickly I would suggest going with priority mail even though it costs more. Both services include insurance. Please note we do own indoor pets. We do not store our clothing or textiles where are pets are, however if you have severe allergies you may wish to have your item laundered before wearing. We strive to be as descriptive as possible and provide lots of pictures. Never hesitate to ask for more measurements or ask questions. While many textiles can be shipped first class I often list priority mail. Priority Mail carries insurance while first class does not. You may request to see if first class shipping is available. On items over $30 I will almost always use priority shipping. We do accept returns on defective items but we strive to always describe accurately. Please look over pictures and read descriptions SHIPPING CONT. I’m happy to combine shipping on multiple items if I can. I try to always list a flat rate option when applicable I almost always ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment with the exception being items paid for Friday may not be shipped until Monday. Many items we only ship in the U.S. I will ship to APOs and military bases. If you don’t have a U.S. shipping address on file with eBay, I’m am very sorry but, please do not bid unless you message us first to see if we will change the listing to eBay Global Shipping. We have started to use eBay Global Shipping on select listings. If you pay to have an item shipped to a mailing center and then shipped to you overseas I’m not responsible if the package is opened and then repackaged. Not all of my items are listed for Global shipping, if you see something you like that isn’t listed for EBay Global shipping please feel free to ask. Depending on size and how fragile an item is I may decide to go ahead a ship through Global shipping. I can only ship outside of the US using EBay Global shipping, our local drop off centers do not accept international packages. MAKING AN OFFER: We do accept offers on most items. After changes are made you can then submit an offer. Damaged items: I spend a lot of time packaging our fragile items to ensure a safe delivery. We have a very low breakage rate. Should the unfortunate happen and your item is damaged please send me pictures of the damaged box and the item, as well as the packaging materials used. We insure all of our packages to protect both us and the buyer. LOST IN TRANSIT: All of our items are shipped with tracking. We almost always use USPS. While they are extremely dependable sometimes they get busy during the holidays or backed up due to bad weather. Please be patient and feel free to contact us. If enough time has passed we can file a claim to find the package. All of our packages are tracked and insured to protect both us as sellers and you as the buyer. Returns: I will accept returns. The buyer pays for the return shipping and I will refund as long as item is returned to me in the same condition sold. The refund occurs when I receive the package. Please package carefully so the item isn’t damaged during shipping. Most carriers are only accepting insurance claims when it is shown the shipper provided adequate packaging to protect the item. Please include tracking on your return package, insurance if I added additional insurance when shipped (usps includes $50 insurance on all priority mail items). Please send me the tracking number and carrier that way we can both track the package. All of my sales include tracking unless otherwise noted in the sale. I only accept domestic returns Payment and unpaid claims: I allow 4 days for auction items and (accepted) offers to be paid for once the listing ends. I will send out 1 reminder after 48 hours, then wait an additional 48 hours before I turn the listing over to EBay to recoup my fees and relist. If you need some extra time just communicate with me.
