In good pre-owned condition. Embroidery on front of dress reads initials I believe (p.d.s.) but can be covered or removed. Or you can even leave it on if your an artistic person and say it stands for painting, drawing and sculpture. Cute vintage dress! Comes with original belt too which is a nice contrast and balances out the dress lovely.
