No they are not really designed to be washed, as they are classed as a 'once only use' or 'disposable' item.   Are the slippers non slip? Our slippers are classed as non-slip as they have rubber nodules on the bottom to prevent slip.  However,  we urge everyone to take care when using the disposable spa slippers in a wet environment.   If I order more than one pair can I have a different name on each pair of slippers? Yes you can.  When ordering please just list the names you would like on them.   What Wedding Words can you do? We offer the usual options such as Bride, Bridesmaid, Groom, Groomsman, Maid of Honour, Matron of Honour, Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom.  We have also been asked to do different options such as Bride's Hairdresser and Bride's Sister, so if you want something a little different please just ask.   Will you send a proof before you print my item? In most cases the personalisation requires a simple change, so we don't send through a proof.  This is to ensure you receive your item as quickly as possible.  If the item is more complicated we may send a proof, however this will  delay the postage.    If you would like a proof before printing, please just let us know when you place your order, and we will happily send one through.   Printed or vinyl? Depending on the type of design we both print and use vinyl to create the designs.  Very complicated designs are usually printed and anything requiring glitter or texture is vinyled.   What is Vinyl? Vinyl is a type of PU film that is specially produced to 'weld' onto fabrics, and similar items creating the design. All our vinyl's are environmentally friendly and PVC free.  The majority of the vinyl that we use contains recycled polyester, and all of the non-recyclable plastic waste produced during the vinyl's manufacture is used to produce electricity.    Is your vinyl safe? If Vinyl is used in your design, many  are EN71-3:2019 Certified.  The test report is available on request.   How long will the vinyl design last? The design should last the lifetime of the product, but occasionally the design can lift slightly.  The process should weld the vinyl design to the bodysuit but due to extremely cold weather or tumble drying it can begin to life at the edges. The best way to resolve this is to iron the back of the design with a dry iron.  This should re-activate the initial weld and restore the design, but please do not hold the iron on the item for bursts longer than 10 seconds.   I love the glitter, but is it safe for children? Yes the glitter we use is extremely safe once it has been bonded to the fabric.  It should last through the wash and be safe for children.  But occasionally there may be specs left from where it was placed near the product before pressing but they usually brush off, or disappear when washed.   Can I personalise the design? As we handmake each item according to the order, we can add a name or short message to most designs.  In some cases we can completely change the wording so it fits your requirements.  If you would like some changes made please just message/chat to us, and we will do our best to help.   Will you send a proof before you print my item? As per Trading Standards, personalised items and those made for specific occasions cannot be returned unless faulty.
