Initially designed by Hermes as a tree ornament, but more commonly used as a bag charm, the Samarcande was crafted in Italy of Hermes goatskin and calfskin leathers in Rose Tyrien on one side and orange on the other. The 100% silk cord features Hermes iconic scarf patterns. The end caps are palladium-plated metal. The charm is designed in the likeness of Hermes' Samarcande Horse motif first introduced on Hermes' scarves, towels and other household items. The Hermes Samarcande Horse Bag Charm provides the perfect pop of color for most any bag of the Fashion House. Likewise, it works well as a tree ornament, or a novel and chic necklace.  The silk cord is approximately long 29" long. The Samarcande charm measures approximately 4.6" (11.7 cm) high x 3.7" (9.5 cm) wide x 0.2" (0.4 cm) deep. The charm is in previously enjoyed condition.
