In order to receive a refund of the item’s purchase price, the returned item must arrive back to us in the same condition that it was sent. This means items that have tags attached when sent need to have all tags still attached when received back. Pre-owned items may show signs of previous wear or washing including fading, fabric discoloration, holes, staining, and other flaws. We inspect all clothing for flaws. If any flaws are seen, we will point them out in the pictures with close up photos when possible.   Please be aware colors can appear different between photos and actual item based on camera settings, lighting, and different monitors or device screens.
