This pretty blue and clear rhinestone choker necklace was made by Avon and called Botanical. It is 15", fine oval link chain with an additional 3" extender and a lobster clasp. It has a 3 1/2" center with three links that have royal blue rhinestone navettes accented with clear rhinestone chatons. The piece has the SAQ hang tag used by Avon. Year of manufacture is unknown.
