This is a vintage dress hand made in Mexico in the 90’s. The dress is flowy and heavy as one of the straps needs to be restitched soon. The fabric appears to be a luxury jersey silk as the lining is heavy and extremely soft. The color is a light soft green with the middle embroidered panel an off white. I did not see any runs in the fabric but did see a couple small stains as pictured in 2 photos. Measurements laying flat Underarm to underarm 17.5” Waist 16” Length from underarm to bottom 46”
